If you don't know for sure…….

HI.  I have several times I will have to eat out in the next 30 days (starting the program today.) My question is, if I can't find out for sure if meat or seafood is grass fed, organic, is it ok to eat it if it is cooked  in a compliant way--meaning no added "off program" ingredients?  I figure having a piece of broiled salmon or chicken breast is fine but I don't know if I can find out its lineage all the time.   ;)
