O2BHealthy
Have you found any creative "outside the box" ideas that have made your Whole30 cooking experience easier? Share them here! Coconut oil is awesome; but can be a challenge since it melts (or hardens) at 76 degrees... I've found that my favorite way to store Cocunut oil is in a salad dressing "shaker" jar (I use the one by Good Grips)... If it's liquid; I'll pour it. If it's solid; I'll open and scoop it. No mess as long as I don't fill it above the screw-on cap ... I also like to use these jars for coconut milk so that I can shake it all up and pour out what I need! leahcarn
On the topic of coconut oil (its always hard here), don't give it to the dogs as well thinking it will make their coats shiny, or you'll never be able to cook without them getting under your feet again
