Sollie669
After being overweight for a majority of my adult life I've decided (after a heart to heart with my Dr.) to change my eating habits and give this Whole 30 a chance. I am excited but aprehensive, not about the program just the pressure of sticking to it during the Holiday season. I believe I can do this and look forward to seeing good results. MeadowLily
If you're feeling pressured, it's only a few more days until after the holidays. The right frame of mind makes all of the difference in the world. Without apprehension, your 30 days will fly by in the blink of an eye.
jeslight
OR... you can get through the holidays w/o cheating and love how empowered you'll feel afterwards! That's what I intend to do anyways, show my food who's boss!
phitgirl
I am starting tomorrow, December 18th! I'm really excited, but also scared because I'm a total sugar fiend. Anyone have any tips for meal plans and ideas?
mjenkins
Same here. Started 12/17/14. It's very overwhelming at first. I'm still trying to wrap my head around all these recipes and how I'm going to grocery shop from here one out (I only got the basics yesterday). I support you! One day down!
