mollye73
I am going to start my first Whole30 on Jan 1st. Is there a website/app that I can get recipes and meal planning?
GFChris
Welcome. Your first friend is the Whole30 meal planning template. For best results, design all your meals to follow this recommended template, and create meals that satiate you for 4-5 hours. Recipes are available in countless places included the Whole30 instagram page, the Whole9 meal plans article here, the Recipes Sharing section of the forum, and popular websites like theclothesmakethegirl.com (author of favorite cookbooks Well Fed and Well Fed 2) and nomnompaleo.com. When viewing any recipes, double-check them against the Whole30 program rules for compliance.
Delaine Ross
In addition to what GFChris said, The Foodee Project has an entire Whole30 Approved recipe section. One more thing... don't get overwhelmed and think you have to make complex recipes. You can make your Whole30 as simple or as complex as you have time for.
