Little did I realize that I was going to discover that grains has been causing me to have low energy for most of my life! I was in total shock! Waiting for the crash to come back but still feeling better than ever and have the energy that I've always longed for. I've found most of the grains make me feel unwell, rice is the least reactive, but I feel better not eating it.
