beckylynn3
Hi, I was planning to start Whole 30 today, but at the last minute, we decided to go out of town for the weekend. I am going to work hard to keep my diet as clean as possible, but I will officially start on Jan. 5. I am prepared, my pantry and fridge look good with lots of Whole 30 approved delicious foods, and I am even a little disappointed about going out of town. But, I think it will be too hard to start when I am not at home.
McT73
I think it's important to set yourself up for success. I made the same decision. I was ready to start today, but learned I'm going out of town for a few days for work. Set yourself up to do this right!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 2, 2015 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2015 Eating out or on the run while on a Whole30 takes practice and confidence, you're probably right to be a bit apprehensive about starting a Whole30 while away. I think you both made a smart choice! Lots of people on here starting January 5th as well (myself included!). Happy travels!
