Tropicaltrish Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 Well, I've reached Day 4 and yes, I'm extremely irritable, but I'm noticing some other things that I didn't have with the first time I did the Whole30. I'm sweating profusely, even when I was meditating this morning. I tried to do stretching yoga and I was sweating so much I had to stop. My legs are weak and to make matters worse, I'm pooping my brains out. (TMI?). Anyone else out there having the same reaction?? I think I'm detoxing.... Because I'm eating enough...not too much fruit...tons of veggies and protein and healthy fats. Is this detoxing?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
