Detoxing?? Day 4

Well, I've reached Day 4 and yes, I'm extremely irritable, but I'm noticing some other things that I didn't have with the first time I did the Whole30. I'm sweating profusely, even when I was meditating this morning. I tried to do stretching yoga and I was sweating so much I had to stop. My legs are weak and to make matters worse, I'm pooping my brains out. (TMI?). Anyone else out there having the same reaction?? I think I'm detoxing.... Because I'm eating enough...not too much fruit...tons of veggies and protein and healthy fats. Is this detoxing??

If you'd like to confirm if you're on the right track, post 2-3 days worth of your food log, including nightly hours of sleep, daily water consumption and workout routine. Folks here can give you feedback on possible tweaks.
