diedrap Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 I just finished day 5 of my Whole 30 and thought I was doing really well. But, I just read about nightshades on another forum post. I have been diagnosed with RA and autoimmune hypothyroidism. So, I should eliminate nightshades. Can I just do it for the rest of the Whole 30 or should I start over? You've begun without eliminating them and unless you notice that your RA or thyroid is not improving (or is getting worse) I wouldn't stress about it. I'd give it at least 2 more weeks of a normal Whole30 since you're 5 days in and see what happens. You can always eliminate them later. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
