Starting my first Whole30 on Monday! Looking forward to not only playing a more active role in carefully planning and executing my meals, but also challenging myself to see this through. I've been on a 9 week bodyweight strength and endurance training cycle for 4 weeks now (after not having exercised for at least 5 years), and feel great. Figured it was now the appropriate time to take things a step further and radically alter my diet and the way I think of food.
