End of first week

Well, I finished my first week. So far it's been easier then I thought. Having some bowel issues which after reading others solutions I will be adding a starchy veg every day. Also have a coated, sensitive tongue. Think probiotic might help both. Real challenge ahead. Getting together with friends for Valentines Day. Thinking. I'll bring a yam and ghee just in case the crab legs are the only thing I can eat. Also a paleo friendly appetizer.

Hanging out with friends can definitely be tough. Eating with people isn't just about sustenance it's about community and sharing. Breaking bread. :)

It will be easier if you bring your own food. And plenty of it. Bring a thermos full of a template meal. Even if you brown some beef and throw it in with the sweet pot and ghee. If you aren't starving you're more likely to stick with it.
