kat4974 Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 I'm new to Whole30. I'm going to be working the graveyard shift starting Tuesday night. I'm not really sure how to schedule my meals since my schedule will kind of be all over the place. My hour's will be 1am-9am, but on my days off I'll be up during the day and sleeping at night, normal hours. Any advice on setting up a schedule would be much appreciated.
