Kailes006 Posted March 10, 2015 Share Posted March 10, 2015 Thankful seems too little of words for how I feel these days for finding Whole30. I swear one day I was just surfing facebook and it popped up in a margin and A can of worms was opened like i'd NEVER imagined!!! Its been 8 months of whole30's 3 perfect ones and 5 near perfect but broken up. I'm lighter, stronger, quicker on my feet, happier, more confident, and have a passion for fitness like never before. I've lost over 60 lbs but as of late i've been hitting the gym hard and the scale doesn't matter near as much because I can see my body change even when the "devilish little dial" won't budge!!!!
