Really gassy

I'm sorry,but this is super gross.

 

I'm on about day 45.  For the last week I've been unbelievably gassy.  I pass gas several times an hour and it's...bad.  This is my second Whole30 and during the first one, I notice that I had a lot less gas than normal. 

 

Any tips?

Can you list a few days worth of food including portions, fluids etc? We can take a look and see if anythign stands out.

 

Blindly I would throw out possible culprits as raw veggies, too much cruciferous veggies (cabbage, cauli, brocoli), peppers, coconut, garlic & onion, nuts.  Are you eating an increased amount of any of these?
