They definitely aren't my favorite. Is it okay for me to add some salt? I can't seem to find anything that says no in the rules or on the forum. missmary Posted April 9, 2015 Share Posted April 9, 2015 When you eliminate processed food like you do on the whole30, you will need to add some salt to your meals. Totally ok and recommended, including post-workout (maybe especially then, as you have been sweating, potentially). For best results choose a salt with the mineral content intact, like sea salt (I love "real salt" brand. celtic and Himalayan sea salt are also great) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
