gs05 Posted September 3, 2012 Share Posted September 3, 2012 I'm on Day 8 of my first Whole30, and one of my biggest fears was managing my emotional eating through the 30 days. Today was my first real test! I'm working on stuff around the house today, so I don't have too much time to cook, then I got dragged in to some family drama. Come lunchtime, I really just wanted to fall face first into a pizza & donuts or something. BUT, instead, I sat down & took some deep breaths, re-read today's Whole30 Daily email, and made myself tuna salad with the homemade mayo I made this weekend & it was delicious. Now I'm confident I can finish out this Whole 30, no problem! I just wanted to share my little victory with people who understand the process!
