Diana Mendoza
I've wanting to star w30 for a while now, I'm a chef and working in the food industry makes it difficult because I have to try food that's not compliant. Anybody with similar situation that could give me an advise on how go through the plan? Thank you!!
GFChris
Some professional chefs who have done Whole30's in the past have opted to spit out food they have to taste for their job.
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted May 27, 2015 Moderators Share Posted May 27, 2015 Welcome! I know we had a professional baker active on the forum for a while, their solution was to taste and spit. I'm not sure if you want to go to that extreme or not. While you can't do a full whole30 while tasting off plan foods, you could definitely use whole30 principles to guide your eating. if it's very different than how you eat now, you could still see a lot of benefits, although you won't be able to do the elimination and reintroduction aspect of the program.
