richjuliano Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 I am almost ready to start my 3rd consecutive Whole 30, my wife joined me for the 2nd and my 13 year old grandson wants to join in on this round. Question is his mom says how is he going to get his calcium with out having dairy. Looking for some tips and suggestions on getting him going? Thanks in advance for your time! Munkers Posted June 4, 2015 Share Posted June 4, 2015 Calcium is not the Holy Grail of bone health that folks think it is. It's only one part of the puzzle and all the calcium in the world will do you no good if you don't have the other required parts. There's some good info in this thread regarding calcium.
