abbyross Posted September 5, 2012 Share Posted September 5, 2012 Today is my first day on Whole 30. I think I have followed all the "rules" completely. I am already feeling a bit...well foggy, irritable, achy....is this completely psychological? I have not read anywhere where people get carb withrawl on DAY 1. Alliea Posted September 16, 2012 Share Posted September 16, 2012 My worst day was my first as well-irritable, foggy etc. I don't know whether it was in my head, but seems plausible that it's also physical given that we can have multiple sugar/carb crashes in a day...
