carb withdrawl on day 1??

Today is my first day on Whole 30. I think I have followed all the "rules" completely. I am already feeling a bit...well foggy, irritable, achy....is this completely psychological? I have not read anywhere where people get carb withrawl on DAY 1. I do eat quite a bit of carbs, but not a lot of sugar. Any ideas? thank you
