Grandma5
So excited to start! A little apprehensive but mainly excited. Working on my meals now. Any advice would be great.
boadicea
I'm only 5 days in, so I don't have much in the way of advice, but it's going well for me, so I can offer encouragement! One of the things I'm learning is that I need larger breakfasts than I would have thought, but you may not experience similar issues. This is my first time through, so I've been sorting it out as I go!
Gab
I am very excited to start on June 22nd! this is my first time so any advice? Any ideas for nice and easy to prepare breakfast?
Beets
Template template template. Eat template mini meals instead of reaching for fruit or nuts if you're hungry in the early days (eventually you want to eat enough at meals so you aren't snacks) and don't fear fat. Also, not every meal has to be Instagram-worthy. Don't fear simple quick meals (sautéed burger patty, tuna with homemade mayo) plus an easy veg. Last, think of breakfast as another meal and not something requiring "breakfast food."
