Smiling Lotus
My dentist has given me MI Paste to use for my very sensitive teeth and I noticed the box says it is derived from milk casein and shouldn't be used on patients with a milk protein allergy. I need to use this stuff but I am concerned I'll be doing my body harm in the Whole 30 side of things. Thoughts?! FYI the product is massaged into the gums at night and not rinsed off. Robin Strathdee
Smiling Lotus - I think your dentist's orders win here. If you don't think you're allergic, then you'll probably be fine to use this. Are you currently W30? If not, you may just want to acknowledge that this may affect it and stay as clean as possible during treatment. If you are, you might ask your doc is there's something else you could use.
