Alisonlcarver Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 I want to make chipotle mayo, but the recipes I am finding ask for canned chipotles in adobo sauce. It looks like adobo sauce from a can has high fructose corn syrup. Does anyone have an easy whole30-compliant chipotle mayonnaise recipe? I have a great mayo recipe...I'm just not sure how to make it chipotle flavored. Do you think just adding chipotle powder and maybe some cayenne pepper would work??
