graceling Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 I'll be starting August 1, which will be just shy of my baby's 1st birthday. I have some friends who will be starting with me. Just ordered a bunch of pantry staples off Amazon, and will be working on making and freezing some stuff this weekend; my friends and I might do a freezer meal swap, since we are all doing this together. I'm already gf, but since my family (5 kids, spouse, and exchange student) won't be doing this with me, I am hoping to prepare enough that I can avoid giving in to temptation when they are eating all the delicous stuff they eat:) Hoping that this will help my thyroid problem, my mood/anxiety, and maybe even shed the baby weigh!
