Woot-woot, Day 31 is here!

Thanks for putting together such an awesome program - I have loved the last 30 days of Whole 30!  I still have so much to learn and will continue tweaking after my reintroduction over the next couple of weeks.


Quantifiable Results:  down 12.8 lbs, 3.5 inches (mostly the waist).

Non-quantifiable Results:  no sugar cravings, no constant thinking about food and needing to eat every 2-3 hours b/c my sugar was low, better mood and sleep, no stress eating, no binge eating, better awareness of ingredients in processed food (even those that are supposedly healthy/organic), learning how to drink coffee black (or with yummy coconut milk), and likely a few others.


I am working on convincing my husband to hop on board... his challenge is eating at the in-company cafeteria for lunch and his overly-sweetened morning coffee.  


100% sold on the Whole30!
