Britishgal
For each meal you need 1-2 of your palm size of protein or as many eggs as you can hold in your hand, 2-3 cups of veg and at least a thumbsized portion of fat

Britishgal
I do about a tablespoon or so of mayo or ghee or half an avocado for my fat...or a handful or so of compliant pancetta. I don't measure though...do it by eye
MeadowLily
Read all of these links before you start..you don't want to learn as you go. You need the rules so that you won't make any mistakes and have to start over.
jennadee
MeadowLily....I read all the rules...but it never really seemed to specify so I was confused. Britishgal...thank you!
Britishgal
One thing...if you get hungry easily or have major symptoms it may be worth upping the fat slightly to see if it helps. This last time round I ate far more red, more fatty, meat in addition to my fat and felt so much better for it. Fat is your friend
MeadowLily
Check out the meal template link. It gives you a diagram. First link I posted..different from the rules.
