I grew up with a dessert after every meal....I am addicted to sugar and KNOW it is one of the culprits to my overall health. I am commited to this to see what foods affect me in what ways and to be better motivated to make the smartest health choices a majority of the time. I'm not perfect and do not profess to be...therefore...I know there will be days that are going to be bigger challenges than others. I'm not looking for them...but I'm prepared for them. NovaBlue Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 I started on the 2nd and the biggest hurdle for me is eating out of boredom and snacking.
