I've been mentally preparing, looking at hundreds of before and after pictures on the Whole30 Instagram, pinning meal ideas on Pinterest, listening to It Starts with Food on Audible... It's finally time to make it a reality in my life right now! I'm so excited about this journey and the wonderful results I know I will experience!! Thank you!!
