IreneKe
Alt home, I use both of them more often. Observe, it isn't the seed, only the shells. From mornings, I use the leaves for tea and in food, too, like spice. Are these both things allowed. And read I correctly that chia is allowed. I have to be sure when I begin at the end of this week (my return to Germany). Thanks Irene

jmcbn
Here's a recent thread on the husks...The moringa leaves for tea/spices should be fine.Chia seeds are a fat source and are fine in moderation, just like nuts & other seeds. I'd advise staying away from any kind of 'chia pudding' which tend to be fat heavy and don't meet the recommended meal template.
IreneKe
Thanks for the answers, it is clear now. Because my English isn't so good: Is there a difference between flax and linseed? Or is it the same?
