Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 sweet potato with coconut oil and shredded coconut Lunch: 3 eggs, steamed veggies and coconut oil Snack: Handful of nuts Dinner: Chipotle salad with 2x carnitas, guac and hot sauce. For me this whole30 is getting behind the emotional aspect of myself with food. For too long I've been addicted to food and let it run my life. I'm tired of thinking I need dessert everyday, feeling like I'm a slave to food. This ends during my 30 days. Meg Poore Tuttle Posted September 18, 2012 Author Share Posted September 18, 2012 Today: Breakfast: three eggs, peaches with coconut milk and coconut and almonds Lunch: prosciutto with eggs, mashed cauliflower and walnut butter Snack: macadamian nuts and banana chips Dinner: Aidell chicken/apple sausage, cauliflower mash, walnut butter (maybe peach) Activity: Yoga and a run! Meg Poore Tuttle Posted September 20, 2012 Author Share Posted September 20, 2012 Day 8 Breakfast: 2 eggs with coconut oil, peach with coconut milk, carrots Lunch: paleo pumpkin chili with avocado, carrots and celery, blueberries with coconut flakes and coconut butter Dinner: taco salad: lettuce, tomatoes, with taco meat and guacamole with side of roasted brussel sprouts and carrots.
