My whole30 log. Starting with day 6 :)

I figured better late than never!

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 sweet potato with coconut oil and shredded coconut

Lunch: 3 eggs, steamed veggies and coconut oil

Snack: Handful of nuts

Dinner: Chipotle salad with 2x carnitas, guac and hot sauce.

For me this whole30 is getting behind the emotional aspect of myself with food. For too long I've been addicted to food and let it run my life. I'm tired of thinking I need dessert everyday, feeling like I'm a slave to food. This ends during my 30 days. And if it hasn't, it'll be my whole45 journey and so on :)

Day 8

Breakfast: 2 eggs with coconut oil, peach with coconut milk, carrots

Lunch: paleo pumpkin chili with avocado, carrots and celery, blueberries with coconut flakes and coconut butter

Dinner: taco salad: lettuce, tomatoes, with taco meat and guacamole with side of roasted brussel sprouts and carrots.

I dodged a huge binge today guys!!! So proud of myself. Feeling good!!
