Brighty Posted November 10, 2015 Share Posted November 10, 2015 I'm on day 2 of the program and woke up in the middle of the night feeling like garbage. Chest cold, sneezing, body aches... I get this a few times a year and know it will last a week or so. I typically take IB and something like musinex or DayQuil. If they are in tablet form (no corn syrup) then can I take them?
