reneeruecks Posted November 14, 2015 Share Posted November 14, 2015 I'm on day 18 and I'm sleeping worse than ever. The past two nights I was up all night. I was excited Bc I slept 2 nights straight through but now I'm back to horrible sleep. I even got a cold sore yesterday from lack of sleep :/ any tips? Do you have a bedtime routine of sleep hygiene to prepare yourself for sleep?What do your meals, water consumption, exercise and caffeine consumption look like?
