Just4me73
Hello I am 10 days into my W30 and 1 of my main reasons for doing this is because I suffer from insomnia , I generally have no trouble falling asleep , my problem is staying asleep ! I generally live on about 5 to 6 hours of broken sleep. So my question is for those of you who have done that W30 and experienced improve sleep, although I know every person is different..... At what stage did your sleep improve ? Was it gradual or did you just suddenly start sleeping better 1 night ?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted November 18, 2015 Moderators Share Posted November 18, 2015 I don't remember exactly, but everything was better two weeks in for me. There are several big things I started doing over time that improved my sleep. 1) Limiting screen time as bed time approaches. 2) Beginning to get up at 7 AM 7-days per week. 3) Eliminating dairy from my diet. 4) Supplementing my whole foods diet with magnesium. 5) Accepting that stress will interrupt my sleep so that I either manage stress or make allowances for lack of sleep. Yes I hoping some day through out the 30 days I'll get a lovely surprise by waking up and realising I have had 7 or 8 hours sleep

Kimberly22
I have also had sleep problems in the past. I am on day 18 and the last two nights I have slept much better without waking up in the middle of the night.
