Carla's Whole30 Log :)

Day 1


Brekky: 2 egg omelette with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Cooked in ghee


Lunch: Zoodles seasoned with garlic powder and lemon pepper topped with beef


Dinner: Classic chili recipe from The Whole30 Book (yum!) topped with avocado


Feeling good so far and had little difficulties on day 1.  I dreamt that I was on the last day of the whole30 though....


Day 2


Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with seasoned mushrooms (oregano, pepper, garlic) tomatoes and topped with avocado bits.  Side of raspberries and blueberries. 


Lunch: Leftover big bowl of chili , kombucha 


Dinner: Baked salmon, broiled asparagus and roasted squash and sweet potatoes seasoned with paprika and turmeric YUMMM!


Feeling tired and a little head achey tonight (um and gassy..sorry TMI).. oh well, I was warned!  Looking forward to the rest of the week  :)


Side Note: Everything I have eaten so far has been delicious and I have felt full for hours which is awesome. Haven't started working out again but tomorrow is the day..
