reneejperron
I'm only 8 days into my first Whole30 and had a major breakthrough this morning. For a variety of reasons, last summer I switched from a hormonal birth control to a non-hormonal IUD. I love it, except every month I've been suffering from severe cramps for several days leading up to my period and during the first 1-2 days. Last month I was almost on the verge of spending the day in bed. This month? On Day 8 of my Whole30, I woke up surprised to get my period with no warning symptoms whatsoever. I'm currently experiencing extremely minor minor cramps which completely pale in comparison to what I dealt with last month. This is the first major positive change I've noticed, outside of the fact that my hunger is regulated really nicely, and I'm so happy! More motivation to continue! Thank you!!! Link to comment
