readyforit
Can I have Garden Lites Roasted Vegetable Souffle? It is dairy free, nut free, gluten free and soy free with the basic ingredients being vegetables and egg. Sometimes they are an easy to grab snack but I am not 100% sure if they are Whole30 approved. http://www.gardenlites.com/entrees/roasted-vegetable-souffle Thanks : )
jmcbn
The corn starch and corn fibre make this off limits for your Whole30, but apart from that this is just another processed convenience food and about a million miles from where we want you to be.Buy the veg, roast the veg, eat the veg - I can guarantee it'll taste a whole lot nicer!
