frogtox
I know we're supposed to be eating three good balanced meals a day. What are the thoughts on skipping a meal if you're just not hungry? I ate a good breakfast and am choking down my lunch because I'm not hungry.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 15, 2016 Moderators Share Posted January 15, 2016 You can skip meals during a Whole30, but you will undermine the quality of your experience by doing so. You honestly need to eat at least 3 properly sized meals spaced 4-5 hours apart each day. Getting the hang of this can take practice and a little trial and error if you were eating very differently before, but it is practice that you need during a Whole30.
