You can skip meals during a Whole30, but you will undermine the quality of your experience by doing so. You honestly need to eat at least 3 properly sized meals spaced 4-5 hours apart each day. Getting the hang of this can take practice and a little trial and error if you were eating very differently before, but it is practice that you need during a Whole30.
