tjgett Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 I was on day 7 today, when I mindlessly ate a piece of candy at my kids' school! Didn't even realize it until I had swallowed it. Talk about disappointment. I've had to stop myself several times from reaching for something without even thinking about it, so I guess I have something to learn about habit and all, but jeez! There is a lot of habit and psychological learning that goes with the Whole30 as well as just changing the food on your plate.
