hockeymom1 Posted February 1, 2016 Share Posted February 1, 2016 So, I just started the Whole 30 and I am on day 8 today. I recently found out this past week that I am allergic to eggs!!! I need to eat breakfast and I like to eat "breakfast type" foods. Any suggestions about what I can eat for breakfast? I'm also allergic to fish. You are doing yourself no favors clinging to the idea if "breakfast food." Leftovers. Chili. Soup. Stew. Salads. If you really, really need breakfast foods, try sweet potato hash with sausage.
