abbeydaw Posted February 4, 2016 Share Posted February 4, 2016 Yesterday was day 2 and I used balsamic vinegar on a salad - about a teaspoon. Didn't check the label - it contains sulphites. Do I need to start over? Next question... I am now on the hunt for balsamic vinegar without sulphites, and and the only one I have found contains grape must - it is essentially concentrated grape juice. Is this allowed? I have checked multiple health food stores AND grocery stores and the vinegar either contains Sulphites, Grape Must or both... Help! I really like homemade avocado oil mayo with balsamic mixed in for a creamy dressing - don't really want to give it up haha. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
