mandrake
I'm on my third W30 in three years; today is my day 7. I'm trying to seriously limit my nut and seed intake because I know they aren't the best choices and they can slow digestion for me, and have been eating more olives than usual. I'm wondering about the amount of sodium in the olives. There's no nutrition information on the package but I know olives are brined, which means I am eating more salt. Should I even be concerned with it?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted February 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 16, 2016 I would not worry about it at all. If you are eating a whole foods diet, chances are you have eliminated almost all the sodium in your diet. Sodium is actually required for life so given that, I would say "olive up!".
