katieblue
I've been looking at the Whole30 Meal Planning guide, and I see that the protein source for each meal should be palm-sized. For a 25 year old, 5'3, 120 pound girl with little hands, would this mean I should have 1/4 lb ground beef burgers? Just trying to figure out what I should be making for a good serving size. Carlaccini
The burger size should be the length, height and depth of your palm. So for me that would be approximately 5"x 4" x 2" (I'm 5'9", stocky frame and roughly 230lbs) I have no idea on what that should weigh..... katieblue
Oh, that's definitely helpful! I think 1/4 lb burgers are going to be perfect, then. Thank you!!
