WholeBear Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 I'm on Day 4 of Reintro where I'm adding in Non-Gluten grains. I bought Arrowhead Mills puffed corn and puffed millet bags. Looking at them now, I realize they are not certified gluten-free as some of their other products are. What should I do? Go ahead and eat these and assume they are gluten-free? Or go find something that is certified? I knew that oats had to be certified, I'm not sure if this holds for Corn, Millet, Quinoa, etc? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
