hleath Posted March 14, 2016 Share Posted March 14, 2016 Has any lady adopted the Primal Blueprint Fitness template while doing a whole30, ie. Sprint every 10 days, 2 full body workouts around 30-45 minutes each, move slowly often, 15 minutes of direct sunlight daily, and get your sleep in check? This is my 4th or 5th whole30, and while I eat paleo/primal for the most part the rest of the year, I find my workouts almost cease while on a whole30. I've decided to try the PBF template this round because it focuses on moving your body the way it was intended, instead of being in a constant state of chronic stress. Any ladies have any input, preferably those who have adopted this template as well? TIA!!!! Link to comment
