Any good ideas for Whole30 prep-ahead, eat-on-the-go breakfasts?

Hi Fellow Whole30-ers,


My husband leaves for work super early and (for multiple reasons) eats his breakfast while driving to work. Normally each weekend I make him a bunch of Yogurt (+Oat +Fruit) Cups and Breakfast Burritos, and he grabs one of those each morning on his way out. We hope to start the Whole30 tomorrow and neither of those breakfast options are compliant. Any ideas for Whole30-compliant, relatively-easy, prep-ahead breakfasts I could make for him?
