I was looking at the packaging and it is 100% all natural coconut water but the nutritional facts states 19g of sugar!!!! Woah! Also at trader joes they have there fruit rolls and in the ingredients there is no sugar but it does say 1g and they are all natural 100% fruit as well. Help!!! The only condition where drinking coconut water is appropriate is during long runs. Fruit rolls are processed food. We want you eating real food.
