Committing to my first Whole 30 today, Oct. 1st!

Hey guys! I have been dabbling in paleo for a while now, but I believe I am finally ready to commit to a whole 30. I came off my paleo way of eating while I had family in town, and could not believe how awful I felt! I have decided it is worth it to commit to a change. I am tired of being tired, in pain, unmotivated, and overweight. Excited to be making a change!!

Happy Day 1! I also found my way to Whole30 after dabbling in paleo. I think it made it much easier to do and enjoy the Whole30. I'm on day 13 and feel so much better. I'm way less tired than I was before. Even when I don't get enough sleep, my fatigue is much more manageable. I've noticed a couple of joint pains (particularly my left foot) have improved a lot. And, I'm pretty sure I've lost some weight because my skinny jeans fit pretty darn good. But my favorite part, I just feel happy and calm most of the time. Good luck!
