Approx. 2 cups Black Coffee Mid-Day: Handful of Cashews (4 oz) Infused water w/pineapple core Kalamata Olives- 2oz Dinner: Grassfed, pastured steak. Black Coffee Lunch: Tuna fish salad (1/2 avocado, tsp of hot sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 T sesame seeds, s&p) on romaine heart spears with tomato. 4oz marcona almonds 2oz freeze-dried apples w/ cinnamon Dinner: Baharat spiced salmon (5 oz) Roasted red pepper puree (red bell pepper, tomato, onion, olive oil, s&p) Roasted Cauliflower (blanched then roasted with a touch of olive oil) Turmeric Tahini dressing (tahini, turmeric, lemon juice, water, salt & peper) 1 Tbsp Chopped salad of romaine, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and 1 Tbsp of dressing above. The way you are eating is pretty much the opposite of what we recommend.
