wow that's inspiring! I decided to take this week to focus on the food and restart exercising next week. This was day 1 for me today and I'm starving....

You definitely shouldn't be starving. Be sure each of your meals has 1-2 palm-sized portions of protein or if eggs are your only protein have as many whole eggs as you can hold in your hand, 1-2 thumb-sized portions of fat or 1-2 heaping handfuls of olives or coconut flakes or a half to a whole avocado, and then fill your plate with vegetables -- 1-3 cups.

If you're truly hungry between meals, it's okay to eat. Try to make it a mini-meal of protein, fat, and vegetables or at least two of the three. If you're consistently needing to eat between meals then you need to make your meals bigger.

You can do it! Just eat more at your meal times or drink more water.  I found that that helped. :)
