Migccap
Hello everyone. I'm on day 32 and have not reintroduced any of the forbidden foods yet. I'm quite anxious about it, of course. I plan on doing the short reintroduction guide, though, but I can't find any guidance on foods with preservatives, even whole30 compliant foods. This was actually one of the major constraints of the programme for me, in Europe at least, it's very common, especially for frozen foods, to have some sort of preservative (the famous "E's". I don't plan on reintroducing sugar and gluten for a while, but I was wondering what is the policy on preservatives and other chemicals in compliant foods. Thank you! jmcbn
What you eat post Whole30 is entirely up to you, although you might find >this list< of Whole30 unacceptable & acceptable additives useful for going forward if you're still wanting to avoid the baddies...There is also >this thread< on UK/European E numbers to avoid... Hope this helps
