Health Warrior protein bars

I have completed my whole 30 and I'm now in the reintroduction phase. I have a question about health warrior protein bars. They definitely contain non-gluten grains ( chia, oats, organic quinoa) as well as P Chris. My question is do I need to introduce non-gluten grains and legumes separately before I would eat one of these bars? I really don't plan on re-introducing too many foods into my diet, non-gluten grains, legumes and possibly dairy. But we are headed out of town and I wanted to bring one of these along while we travel.

I had to google to see what you meant by P Chris...  :D

 

In answer to your question, yes, you'd need to do a separate reintro for the non gluten grains (oats, quinoa, rice), and for the legumes (in this case pea protein & pea starch). That way if you'll know exactly what you're dealing with and you can decide if the bars are 'worth it' to you...
