Could this cause gas/bloating?

The banana (depending in ripeness), the avocado & sweet potato can all cause bloating...  They're all high FODMAP.

ETA: Just read your previous post asking if you'd eaten too much - again, the banana (depending on ripeness) & cashews are high FODMAP - it may just be that you had a FODMAP overload today so go easy on them tomorrow... Two bananas in one day is enough to make many people bloat, never mind the other foods listed!
